Orders are dispatched from France. Processing times are indicated at checkout and typically range from 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
Trove ships via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or Colissimo, depending on destination and delivery timeframe.
All orders are insured for their full value while in transit.

Complimentary shipping is available on orders over €400, where indicated at checkout.

Delivery times

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and external factors beyond our control.

Trove cannot be held responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.

International shipping & import fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are determined by local authorities and are outside of Trove’s control. Trove does not collect or reimburse import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees.

Risk & responsibility

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please ensure delivery details are accurate at the time of purchase.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any additional shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
