Shipping & Returns

Each Trove piece is prepared and shipped with care, respecting both the object and its journey. Finished with Trove’s gift packaging, each arrives ready to be gifted or simply, delightfully received. Orders are prepared and shipped from Paris, with each piece carefully packed and fully insured for its journey.


Shipping Costs

Trove offers complimentary shipping on orders over €400.

For orders below this amount, shipping is charged at a flat rate based on destination:

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Once an order has shipped, tracking details are sent by email.

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier conditions.


International Orders & Import Charges

Orders shipped outside the European Union are sent VAT-free.
Local import duties, taxes, or customs charges—if applicable—are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Trove is unable to estimate or control these charges, and they are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or incomplete import procedures, Trove cannot assume responsibility for the failed delivery. Any additional costs incurred will be charged to the buyer.


Returns

If a client changes their mind, a return may be requested within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, clients are asked to contact Trove by email with their order number and the item(s) they wish to return. Once approved, return instructions are provided. Items must be dispatched within 14 days of return approval.

Return shipping costs, along with any associated customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Returned shipments remain the responsibility of the buyer until received by Trove. The use of tracked and insured shipping is strongly recommended.

Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in the same condition as delivered. Items are inspected upon receipt. If an item is returned in a condition that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics, Trove reserves the right to apply a deduction reflecting any loss in value.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receipt and inspection.


Items Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, Trove should be notified within 48 hours of delivery at concierge@trove-paris.com.

Photographs of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label should be included so the situation can be assessed promptly and fairly with the shipping provider. Where appropriate, Trove will advise on next steps, which may include a return, repair, replacement (subject to availability), or refund.


A Note on Vintage & Antique Objects

Vintage and antique objects naturally carry signs of age, patina, and material variation. These characteristics are part of their history and are documented through photographs and descriptions. They are not considered defects.

Clients are encouraged to review all details carefully and to contact the Trove concierge with any questions prior to purchase.
