International Customs & Taxes
All non-EU orders are processed free of French VAT. Upon entry into your country, local customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees may apply. These charges are set by your local government and remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Trove cannot calculate or collect these fees at checkout. For details on local thresholds, please check with your country’s customs authority before placing an order.
Simple Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Email concierge@trove-paris.com with your order number.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging using a tracked and insured carrier within 14 days of return authorization.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Return shipping costs and duties are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If a parcel arrives damaged, please email contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the object, packaging, and shipping label so we can arrange a swift resolution.
